Asphalt and Concrete Project

ATTENTION HEATHER RIDGE SOUTH RESIDENTS:

ASPHALT AND CONCRETE PROJECT TO START ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2011

Patch and Crack filling the asphalt will start per the schedule below. Residents will not have to move cars as vehicles can drive over the work shortly after the patch is completed.

The Board recently approved the replacement of all asphalt driveways with concrete. This work is scheduled to begin in October and will be done over the next six–eight months depending on the weather. Residents will be given advanced warning of when their driveways will be replaced. Please use alternate parking for a few days while the work is being completed on your driveway.Due to weather impacts a long range time schedual can not be projected. You will be notified prior to the scheduled start date for your unit.

In the long run the change to concrete will be a significant cost savings to the Association as annual work will not have to be done each year to patch and seal the asphalt driveways.
